    I made reservation from application and I was aware that my reservation is non refundable and payment was not done also and wanted to settle at check in.Due to a emergency I contacted the hotel and ask front desk to assist in this regard that if they cancel my reservation without any charges cause I have emergency and really was not able to go to hotel and they confirmed that they’ll wave the rate and they wish me the fast recovery also! Reservation was on 20 May and I got the cancellation email also however on 1st June my card got charged! I contacted hotel and after telling the full story to 3 person from reservation they just said they cannot do anything and they didn’t have any answer for that and I requested to get call back from reception or message at least to asssit in this regard however I didn’t receive any call or message and it’s so disappointing from Marriott which they were not able to transfer the information that I asked them to my reservation in they charged my card after 12 days!     The stay was great, however the pool was too packed and bikinis didnt feel really welcome.The hotel is great for the price and special mention to our housekeeper who really took good care of us Ms. Udayangani.
