    The worst and unhealthy experience ever

    The room had cockroaches i had to throw a lot of food and just order and be afraid everyday from those cockroaches to touch my food and the pest control was not useful at all. and unsupportable smell coming out from the bathroom. The management does not care about any complaints coming from us.

    Extremely Unhelpful Staff and Poor Customer Service at Saray Musherieb Hotel

    I recently made a booking at Saray Musherieb Hotel, but due to a change in my plans, I needed to rebook my stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel staff—especially JR and the manager on duty on September 10, 2025—was incredibly frustrating.The communication was primarily through phone calls and WhatsApp messages, but both JR and the manager were not accommodating at all. When I reached out for assistance with rebooking, I received no viable options or alternative solutions. Instead of offering support or showing any willingness to help, they seemed uninterested and gave no guidance on how to proceed.When I asked JR for the name of the manager on duty, he refused to provide it, which only added to my frustration. It's extremely unprofessional for staff to be unwilling to escalate an issue or even provide basic information about the person overseeing the situation.To make matters worse, they offered me the option to rebook at a much higher rate than what I had originally paid, with a huge extra fee that was clearly not in line with the rate I saw online. This was completely unreasonable, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation instead of offering a fair solution.Given the lack of professionalism and transparency, I was deeply disappointed by the way my rebooking request was handled. I can’t speak to the quality of the stay itself, but this initial interaction has completely soured my perception of the hotel. If you’re looking for customer service that respects your time, budget, and needs, I would recommend looking elsewhere.Rating: 1/5 (I haven’t stayed yet, but this experience with the booking process was deeply disappointing)

    It was bad experience!I didn't feel secure! They opened my room without my permission twice!Once when i was inside because they want to spray the insect!! Second when i was outside the hotel to clean the room without my request or my permission !! I did early check out one night without payment!!

    Overall hotel seems a bit under maintained but had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Has a gym and a pool. No in house restaurants but plenty of restaurants and super markets just outside the hotel. Walking distance to Musherib metro station and downtown. It well suited my stay.
