    Hotel was nice, the bathroom was a bit small for a king room and the view was basically the wall of the next hotel. When we tried to change rooms, they were fully booked. The nightclub was a nightmare with loud music till 2am every night. And strange looking persons around the clock. The elevator was free for all to enter even though it said room key was needed for certain floors, this to me was a security risk. Breakfast was nice but little variety and little or no healthy options. I love the gym and used it a couple of times. Service personnel were very helpful especially the concierge and the security. Receptionist always seemed like you were disturbing them. Room service was nice too. All in all it was a mixed experience.

    This hotel cannot be considered a top of 5 stars, it is three stars to be generous. I made photos of the old and neglected and dirty situation in the bathroom, on the moquette. I found sheets dirty entering the first day. I asked to change them, but they do not put even a thin mattress between the mattress itself and the sheet, then I asked to control the channel on tv to tune them but without success, then the bathroom has never been cleaned. The breakfast was without sweets, fruits, salad was old, impossible even to think you can eat it, only salt Asian breakfast, but it was ok. The best things? The view, the museum around. Very much disappointed. I have never seen a 5stars like this. Not recommended
