Pleasant family stacation
09 Sept 2026
We had a very pleasant stay at the resort. The location is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained.A special thank you to the room service team for arranging the room for our anniversary. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and we really appreciated the effort. Overall, we felt the resort was definitely worth the money. The only negative experience we had was with one of the room service interactions. On the day of check in the staff dint inform that due to low occupancy there is no buffet for breakfast and we with 4 kids and infant came to reception area that was the time we came to know that the breakfast is provided in villa then we went back to villa and ordered the breakfast. However, while taking our breakfast order, Ms. Hanna’s tone came across as quite rude. We requested an additional omelette, and she mentioned that the maximum food had already been provided based on the room occupancy and that they could not provide anything extra. Later, she offered to provide two omelettes, but by that time we declined because of the way the conversation was handled.I would also like to clarify that we were travelling with children, aged 5 and 2, and there were four kids with infant in total. We understand that the resort may have its policies regarding breakfast portions, but we believe such matters can be communicated in a more polite and pleasant manner. On a positive note, the following day, the staff member who took our breakfast order was extremely polite, friendly, and pleasant. We really appreciated his approach and the way he handled our order.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend the resort. I hope the management can take the above feedback positively, as a little courtesy and kindness in communication can make a big difference to the guest experience.
