    The best massage I’ve ever had. Sherry was phenomenal. Aznif from front of house was amazing in coordinating bespoke treatment for me and my pregnant wife. The beds were so comfortable and relaxing and it’s worth every penny.     This was my second stay at the hotel, and I would like to share my experience and highlight a few details that stood out.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our butler, Roshan. Throughout our entire stay, he was always available to assist with any request, ensuring that everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality significantly enhanced our experience. A heartfelt thank you to Roshan for his exceptional service.Rooms I stayed in a Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean throughout my stay. Housekeeping maintained a very high standard, and there were always plenty of fresh towels available.Vine Restaurant One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the breakfast at Vine. The selection is extensive, with a wide variety of dishes, egg preparations, and desserts made fresh to order. The service team is attentive and professional, consistently ensuring that tables are cleared promptly and guests are well looked after.Room Service We ordered the Afternoon Tea, and the selection of savory bites and sweets was delicious. A special thank you to Rex for his outstanding service and attention to detail.Spa The spa is beautiful and features Givenchy products, which adds a luxurious touch to the experience. The facilities include a steam room and hydro-jacuzzi, although there is no sauna. The housekeeping team deserves recognition for maintaining excellent cleanliness and order throughout the spa.However, I was disappointed with the reception service. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. It seemed that the focus was primarily on guests purchasing spa treatments. Upon leaving, the receptionists did not even look up to acknowledge or say goodbye to us, appearing intentionally occupied. This felt unprofessional and was not in line with the level of service expected from a luxury hotel spa.Pool I absolutely love the Villebrequin pool. It is large, beautifully maintained, and offers plenty of sunbeds and gazebos. The service is excellent, with complimentary chilled water available and two towels provided per guest. I would especially like to thank Humoyun for his exceptional service and hospitality throughout our visit.Overall, I truly love this hotel and will continue returning again and again. The quality of the facilities, comfort, and service from most of the team make it a place I am always happy to revisit.
