    My recent stay at the town hotel stay was worst ever therebis smart tv in the room but not working properly especially you tube when i start then it's hung for tv assistance i have to call twice time bathroom hand shower is broken ceiling fully seepage and stain nearby entrance my room there is a ac which is fully black stain tea kettle to dirty housekeeping staff blindly inspecting the room they dont care the property they just forced on business (money)

    The service is good and quick but the rooms need some repairs like the remote of the tv not working so during our stay we did not switch the TV onThe AC is Not good and you can not control it The Window glass is dirty so you cannot see the viewWe we enter the room we find some dirt staff beside the bed like date bone …

    Horrible Service and Dirty Rooms - Avoid This Hotel

    Im writing this review while staying this hotel, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Despite multiple requests at the reception, housekeeping never cleaned the room during my stay even the direct walking request on reception while we went outside- still when we back after 5 hours shockingly room was not clean.I was with my 1 yeal old baby and wife-on third day they made us litteraly beg to clean room.The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and inattentive, showing no interest in addressing my concerns. Their dismissive attitude only added to my frustration and made the situation worse. This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable and poses health risks.The lack of basic cleanliness and the poor service are unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding The Town Hotel- Mesherib Qatar. Management needs to seriously improve their staff training and operations. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

    It was a good hotel. But, Recently went to check in. No receptionist.There was another asian guy sitting using mobile and he doesn't even bother to have a look, waited then a guy showed up which I believe the receptionist, he doesn't even care he start to talk with his colleague. so I decided to walk out and check into Ramada next to this hotel.Never recommend this place to anyone.

    Very friendly and caring staff, especially thanks to Chris.Nice food in the clean bright restaurant. Flexible services. Good place to stay for business needs.Gym room looks small but very comfortable. Would be great if air-conditione can be manageable, but not just cooling by default at the whole hotel.
