The location is great. Right across from the Black Church and central square with dozens of restaurants close by and many landmarks in easy walking distance too. Breakfast is located about 5-7 minutes down the street and was poorly appointed. Limited selection. Service there was very slow and difficult to get water or coffee. The hotel reception is not staffed 24/7 so there is a series of codes and fobs to use at night and in the morning. Unfortunately, smokers below our windows made it difficult for fresh air and rest. Another Unfortunate situation is that our room door could not be closed without a key. This is a serious concern for fire safety and evacuation to need to physically unlock it from the inside in order to leave. If I was in the area, I would look for other options. Many guests appreciate the flexibility this system offers, but we understand it may feel different from a traditional 24/7 hotel reception.Concerning the door, for safety reasons it can always be opened from the inside without a key, as required by fire safety regulations. However, we will double-check the mechanism to ensure everything functions properly.We also regret the inconvenience caused by cigarette smoke from outside the building, which unfortunately is something we cannot always control in a central pedestrian area.Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve. Convenient location in the heart of Brasov

We enjoyed in this hotel a wonderful 5-day holiday for New Year's Eve. This is a pet-friendly hotel. Our cat adapted fast to the big room ( de luxe version) and spent quite a time looking to the Black Church just opposite. The bathroom with both bathtub and shower was a Disneyland for her. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere quite but festive.

Our experience was in a room at the far end of the corridor on the ground floor, so temper this experience with that knowledge. Others we knew staying there had a much quieter and better experience. The stay wasn't bad but our room was just across from a bar/restaurant and it was quite noisy. It was also right at street level so people were sometimes directly by our window outside, talking, smoking etc.The only way we could block people from seeing into our room was to position the three curtains exactly right and open the closet door. We had no fan but other rooms did. There was no A/C.The location is excellent! Right across from the black church and a ton of restaurants, shopping, etc. There is a laundry service about a half km down the road.The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower and bathroom were good.

A very nice stay in the center of the city, best thing is its location which is 2 minutes from the main Square and just across the street from the beautiful black church. Good stay overall with very friendly staff.

There are no air conditioners in the units which is normally fine in Brasov however the busy Main Street out front made it hard to sleep so to the open windows. The shower faucet was broken and took over a day to get replaced. Great location , but there are still better places to say in the central area.
