  Amazing service and staff

  We needed a place to accept us in middle of the night, family of 4. The staff orginized a 4 people room that was not official waited for us till 5 am (flight delay in 4 hours) and kept for us things we forgot in the room. We had parking and short trip from airport. Very happy with our choice!

  Every time when I go to Bucharest I stop to this House ! They are such friendly people from the owner to the personal of the hotel. The rooms are so nice and clean, if you want to have breakfast for an extra 5€ is so much that you can’t eat it all and if you want to have lunch or diner the disses are so big and tasty and cheap! I highly recommended !

  I've stayed here a couple of times now as I do a lot of work with Romanian rescue dogs. I can't fault the customer service here. The receptionist usually during my stay but all the staff members I've had the pleasure to meet are so kind, friendly and really can't do enough to help their guests. They've prepared me meals when I've arrived back late, organised my airport runs for me, provided me with a European adapter when I forgot mine and are just generally so helpful and informative. For the cost I really don't think you can fault this place and would definitely recommend. The only thing I would say is that this time I stayed I couldn't get the temperature of my room right, but it hardly ruined my stay.

  Avoid this place - they will move you to a cheaper location

  I reserved a room here and they put me in a cheaper location on a different street but they charged me for this location that I reserved ! Be careful with this place ! They did the same with other customers !Avoid them !!!The location is in a remote area , not safe and not nice ! No way to get transport there and taxi can not find the location ! Using Uber will be a extremely expensive because of the area where the place is ! Avoid , avoid with any cost ! The colors are awful, the shower do not work and the breakfast is terrible.It is not safe area to be ! They will try to take your money! There are many other better places in Otopeni and Bucharest with better staff and better location !!!Avoid this location ! I will surely do!!!

  The rudest customer service i have encountered

  I reserved this hotel based on the positive reviews for a 1-night stay prior to flying back to the US. Arrived at the address at 9 pm and the receptionist welcomed us explaining that we have to drive to a different hotel from the same chain. Confused, just followed her directions. Luckily it was just 2 blocks away. At the second hotel, another mail receptionist waited for us outside. Without a single greeting from him, we followed him to the lobby. My parents continued their drive for Bulgaria (my hometown is just an hour drive) and I proceeded to check in (stayed 9/16/18)- The "receptionist" was drinking juice and asked me to fill out a registration form. I started but was stopped at one point- seeing that the "receptionist" commented, " So you live in the US and you don't speak English?" I was too tired after a long flight to reply back... Then I asked him if I can print my boarding pass-and his reply was "Do you have such a service in the US? We don't offer it here.I told him OK then, what is the Wi-Fi username and the password, thinking to just get a mobile boarding pass. He replied that the username will come up on my laptop. I went to my room- it was modern and clean but I couldn't really enjoy it since the rude attitude of the receptionist already had ruined my mood. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi either- three different usernames came up under Amethyst House name... Last words about the free shuttle service- I requested it for 7:30 am (catching 10 am flight). Waited 20 min for it after asking twice for an update.
