Location

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, close to Victoriei Avenue with numerous shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 4 junior suites, 4 single rooms and 14 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock.     The hotel is centrally located in Bucharest within easy walk to many attractions. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints.

    An unpleasant experience due to the staff

    My first time to give a 2 star. To be fair, it WAS great. I emailed to request some other services before I arrived. The staff was helpful and replied promptly. When I arrived, the receptionist was attentive and briefed me on everything. All the staff was polite and greeted you when you came back and left, probably they were trying to improve after some previous bad reviews. The location was perfect. The price was reasonable. Everything was alright, but you only need to do one thing wrong to turn the 5 stars into 2 stars:The next morning after my first night, there was another receptionist. I told him that 'no need to clean my room' and my room number. I repeated it once again and he repeated no need to clean. I confirmed and left. When I was back in my room that night, my room was cleaned. 1. I hated people touching my sleeping clothes. 2. The most critical issue, all my personal towels were hung on the rack close to the toilet bowl. I'm sure when the cleaner cleaned it, she/he should have accidentally touch my towels. Even cautious enough, when people flushed the toilet without covering the lid, my towels would be contaminated. I covered the lid every time after I used it, when I was back, it was uncovered. If I know there's cleaner coming, I usually put my towels away from the toilet. I gave the same instruction to many hotels previously, and it worked fine. I don't understand what goes wrong with this hotel. Tbh, it ruined my whole trip, it was my last night and I burst into tears. I didn't have extra towels and had to use the same set.Btw, the hairdryer worked for around 10 sec and stopped. You've to wait for several minutes for it to work for 10 sec again. I didn't report this as I was initially worrying they would try to replace or put another one in my room and accidentally cleaned my room.

    The location is good, not in the center but close enough to it ( 10min walking), in a trendy area full of coffee shops, restaurants…The room was big and so was the bathroom. The place was clean and the breakfast buffet included was ok.Our room was in the ground floor, so we didn’t have internet during our whole stay ( and for what I have been reading this has been going on for years), also due its location it was quite noisy. Overall I would recommend if the internet problem was sorted out.

    Awesome room but with downsides

    A bit of a mixed bag. Firstly, my room was HUGE! Massive celling, king size bed and comfortable bedding. Also a proper bath which I very much appreciated. My room however was located directly next to reception and I heard people coming and checking in throughout. It was also out on to the main street with a small bar directly opposite.The location is very close to the up and coming shopping & restaurant areas (think Shoreditch for a London equivalent) and has good local amenities but not the prettiest area however that is in the eye of the beholder. It was fine for me but I am pretty low maintenance so more just to make other travellers aware.

    Staff were very welcoming and able to assist with any questions I had. Made sure to inform me about opening and closing times in the city with Covid restrictions. The hotel offers a breakfast which looks lovely however I did not have time for this. Checked out at around 3am to to go the airport and this was quick and easy. Room was comfortable and very spacious. Had a minibar, TV, hairdryer and a wardrobe to hang clothes in if needed. Has hearing and air conditioning too which is great. Great overall experience and would recommend anyone to try it out if visiting Bucharest!
