    Great experience - poorly old building with modern renovation - lovely spa area and great rooms. Could only stay one night due to plans but would definitely return - a very comfortable stay.     The hotel is a joke

    This hotel is a complete joke. The rooms were dirty, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay.The pool situation was particularly outrageous. Guests are required to purchase a swim cap just to enter — fine, we complied. But then it turned out that part of the pool designated for younger children was off-limits because some self-important trainer decided to run a class there and was throwing people out using vulgar language. He sent a 6-year-old child away to the 170 cm deep section. A SIX-YEAR-OLD. To deep water.This is not just poor service — it is irresponsible and potentially dangerous. We will never return, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.     Great morning buffet derved by friendly crew

    Hotel Caro is a fine hotel. Especially the breakfast buffet is Great, where Mihai and his crew are all very friendly. A nice touch is that a cook is ready to make your omelet. Definitely recommendable. What could be better: The A/C is not powerful enough to keep the room cool, and no fans were available for borrowing to accommodate . Also, sine of the rooms are phasing out towards s yard, and if you stay a Saturday you must probably expect noise from a party hosted at the hotel. Otherwise, I was happy to stay, and especially the crew is very friendly. Cheers.     Organised my own civil marriage ceremony on Pi Day, at the Caro Hotel's Wine Bar. Top drawer location on the Tei Lake shores.
