Very nice budget hotel!

Room was excellent.Service 100% Especially the worker Stefano He make the stay so comfortable,nice and helpful.He fix all our mistake.Only minus no breakfast eaven it say so in booking big despoilment because we was here over Christmas and so many placeses close.We was counting on the breakfast.

Lets start with the good points; this hotel was cheap and a 15 minute walk from the old town which was very convenient. However, the room was tiny and I'm pretty sure there was a boiler behind the mirror in our room (room 501) because there was the constant sound of running water. I was not able to sleep well because of that and the sound of the trams outside, despite buying some ear plugs. Furthermore, the room was super hot and the air con did not cool it down enough. We paid for the breakfast and there were some nice parts like the dips, cheese, and vegetables. But if we arrived for breakfast at around 9ish the fried eggs seemed like they had been sitting out for hours which I found a bit gross. We stayed here for 4 nights and I slept so badly for the duration that it almost ruined the holiday as I was so tired. If you can afford to stay elsewhere, do it.

We stayed to this hotel with my boyfriend for one night. It was good. We write this review because of the receptionist "Santosh". We really want to thank him . He was perfect very polite and patient and he really helped us for the trip that we were planning to Brasov. We hope he will see that review.. Thank you! You were the best person we met to this country.

No A/C and old hotel -- definitely finding another place

We stayed here twice as part of a group tour. No Air Conditioning! Rooms can be an okay size or very tiny. Hard to relax and be comfortable. Also, twice I booked an extra night and they made me change rooms (even though I requested to stay in the same room) -- it's like they don't understand that concept. worst part of our trip was this hotel!

This hotel looks so nice from outside but inside ia it is a dump It needs lot of renovation and also they do not turn their AC on so it is hot as hell at 85 degree F outside You can’t even keep the windows open as the noise of tram and cars is so loud that you can’t sleep We spent the whole night without sleeping and praying that when will it get morning so we can get out of this roomThe breakfast was awful not too many choices and the severs were very rude and arrogant Sorry I will never stay here again or will recommend any one this hotel
