      This is not a hotel!

      When we arrived, we came to the unfortunate conclusion that this isn't a hotel at all. This building consists of apartments. There is no reception, nor anyone that can help you in English. We came across a woman that only spoke Romanian. We didn't have any clue who she was. Apparently we had to call a telephone number. Could it be more impersonal? The woman that answered our call spoke basic English, but was incredibly rude: she disrespectfully cut me off, asked my name twice while raising her voice to me (she didn't understand me the first time due to her bad English) and ended the call without saying anything. She just hung up. The elder Romanian woman gave us the key, but she clearly didn't know what she was doing. She kept on speaking Romanian. How on earth can you call this professional? The room was way too warm. It was 28°C outside, yet all the heating was on. There was no remote control for the airconditioning, so we had to ask the neighbor's remote. There was no information whatsoever. We had to leave for an early flight, but since we couldn't reach anyone, we just left.This is not a hotel. This isn't a bed and breakfast either. And surely this isn't a hotel. As a matter of fact, we don't know what it is. It feels like we just slept in a room in a private house, without having seen the owners.There is no parking. You have to park on the street. Furthermore, the neighborhood seemed very unsafe and dirty. It is surrounded by dilapidated and crappy communist buildings and is far from the city center.Don't go here. This goes without saying.

      This is not a hotel, is a guest house. Yes, the rooms are large, but that’s all. There are basic facilities: soap&shower gel dispensers, towels... there is no fridge in the room, just the one in the kitchen, so one of our drinks went missing. There was no one at the reception desk when we arrived, neither during our stay, only when we checked out. The area is kind of dangerous. The price is too high for such accomodation.
