    Awful, unprofessional staff, girls from reception are rude, expensive and I would not recommend, staff is sleeping in reception, rooms small and the breakfast is the same everyday, rooms are not like in the photos, the cleaning is missing, so don't choose this hotel

    ....so the positive is the beds are ok. That's where it ends sadly. Breakfast is a mystery. It was cold including the hot stuff. The staff are disinterested and I'm not even sure who's working here as there's not distinguishing feature for ppl staying here or the staff. They were just sitting around apart from the odd time they were at the reception desk. A name badge or something would be useful. I didn't ask for much but on the 2 occasions I needed to ask for my room key to be reactivated it seemed like too much trouble. The shower didn't work, the fridge didn't work. I would've asked but from experience it would be too much trouble. For the first time in Romania which is a nice country and I will be back I have been left extremely disappointed. I won't be stopping here on my next trip.

    Although the Staff was amazing, the rooms are also very beautifully designed and cozy, i had a blast of a time ! I recommend this place with all my heart, great regards to the team for helping me with all i needed. Also it is very close to the center of the city, and the grand fotball arena, which is awesome !

    The staff is amazing, they help you with everything you need, breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfy.We went to the center of Bucharest and the walk was amazing, great city, lots of great places to see!

    I had an awesome time here , will return for sure . Very friendly staff and helpfull. The old city downtown is a short walk away. Very comfortable bed and the breakfast has everything you can ask for.
