    Not a tourist-friendly place and certainly not a safe one.Beyond the attractive photos, the spa and restaurant services fall far short of what guests would reasonably expect when coming to relax and enjoy their stay.First and foremost, safety does not appear to be a priority. Guests are provided with fabric slippers that are extremely slippery and unsuitable for wet areas, creating a significant risk of falls. During my visit, I witnessed a woman suffer a serious fall and hit her head. Despite these obvious safety concerns, guests are not allowed to wear their own specialized pool or aqua shoes. Staff claim that the rules regarding slippers apply to all types of footwear, regardless of their purpose or safety features.Another recurring issue is the hammam, which is frequently out of service. When it stops working, there is no proactive monitoring or assistance. Guests are expected to get dressed, walk back to reception, and ask staff to restart it each time.In addition, several staff members made me feel uncomfortable when I reported problems. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, the responses often felt dismissive and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration.Overall, while the facility may look appealing in promotional pictures, the actual experience does not justify the expectations created by its presentation.

    I want it to be known from the beginning of this review that I have no interest in discrediting this beautiful location in any way, but the fact that we were stolen, I cannot overlook it. So, gentlemen managers of this hotel, your employees are stealing from customers' luggage. We stayed with you two couples, two nights on 15-16.11 in room 5025. I lived in this two-bedroom apartment, me and my wife and one couple of friends. My wife and I, coming from England, had with us in addition to our cards, had a cash amount of 1500 pounds, which I accidentally kept in an envelope above my clothes in an open suitcase in the bedroom. I admit that I had a safe in the location, which I did not use, but in my opinion, this is not an excuse for the hotel, in not protecting its clients from theft. Throughout our lives we have stayed at dozens of hotels and private facilities, but we have never been robbed. Please check to the administrators who were the ladies we found leaving the apartment, in which they entered our absence while we were having breakfast on the 11th floor, on the morning of Sunday 16.11. They apologized, telling us that our used robes were changed the day before. I didn't suspect anything and went to the spa, and the next day we checked out and went home. I didn't check the envelope with money until I got home and found £350 missing. The thieves work smartly, they pinch you only a little so as not to feel the lack of money. I repeat, I was wrong not to use the safe and I did not check the money until we left, but I have no claim to the hotel. I just want them to know what kind of people work for them, and in my opinion, with a simple lie detector, I can detect everyone who steals from clients" rooms.

    A Gem of a hotel in a quiet area

    We travelled with another couple. After being dropped at the apartments from the airport we thought what had we booked. The area is residential and not very pretty. On checking in and going to our room on the 9th floor …… wow! We had a huge comfortable double bed a dressing room and a lounge area with a couch and table and chairs. The bathroom had double sinks and a whirlpool corner bath with a shower overhead although there was no shower curtain so showering got the floor very wet. Our room also had a balcony which was a nice touch but we didn’t use it much. We paid to include the spa so used the pool a couple of times. Very clean and well kept. Make sure to include the extra cost to use this. I don’t like saunas so didn’t use them but again looked well kept ( be aware that clients are allowed to be naked in there) so don’t be shocked. The restaurant on the 11th floor was lovely for breakfast lunch and dinner and prices weren’t expensive unlike some hotel restaurants. A nice seating area outside too. There’s a shopping complex with a food court and a Carrefour market where you can grab almost anything a few minutes walk away. To sum up this place is a little gem in an area I wouldn’t normally have chosen but it did not disappoint. If you’re thinking of staying here I can highly recommend it.

    Great place for families, great rooms and clean. Very nice staff and very helpful.Nice breakfast on the 11th floor. Nearby there is a Carrefour market.If you have a car, it's a best place to stay. They have a private parking. Not far away from the center.
