This exclusive hotel is located at the heart of the town centre. From here one is able to enjoy an especially magnificent view over the city of Bucharest. Located close to the town centre, the various places of interest, diverse range of shops, bars, restaurants and cafés as well as entertainment venues lie in wait of visitors.

Facility

570 rooms, including 17 suites, 185 single rooms and 55 double rooms, are located on 18 storeys and can be reached by 5 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. Guests of the hotel can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay.     Easy check-in. Spacious room. Shower control somewhat difficult to figure out, fill the tub vs. spray. Tub was very high and difficult to enter for 80+ adults. Needs another grab bar or even a step to help you enter. Lots of hot water. Breakfast buffet was very sumptuous and had huge variety of choices. Very quiet.

    This hotel has comfortable beds and is very clean. The staff is helpful. Several food venues are available. There is a nice lap pool and lounge on the second floor. They also have massage therapists available and I want to cite Monica as a great one. The massage she gave me was one of the best I’ve ever had. And I’ve gotten them for 20 years. I did not like the Book of Mormon that was stuck in the drawer.

    I stay here a lot before heading to Constanta. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, attentive and eager to assist. The rooms are spacious and the exceptional standards one expects from a high stared Sheraton. The showers are fantastic. Powerful with a big main shower head and a smaller flexible one. I am lucky enough to get access to the lounge where you are again met with the same excellent customer focus. Food there is wide ranging sometimes a bit repetitive but if you did right why not keep it that way I guess. Selection of drinks is good also. The main restaurants on site are a little bit of a let down if I'm honest. Food is ok. But lack an atmosphere and are rarely busy. The pool is small but perfectly formed. Breakfast is a buffet with almost endless options covering all requirements. Well recommended. Might want to eat out though.     I’ve stayed here lots of times in the last few years and it’s a really reliable choice. It’s a good location for what I need, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable.
