We stubbed our toe with this one. Dazzled by great reviews. Hotel is, in our view, not central. First the good stuff. Lovely reception staff. Very helpful and friendly. Hotel is spotless. Superior rooms are roomy. Good shower. Bed comfy. TV had good selection of channels. Air con good. Staff friendly and helpful in all situations.Now the not so good stuff. No bar whatsoever in the hotel! You can't enjoy a well deserved drink after walking all day. Continental breakfast is limited and basic. Fridge in room - if it works - ain't worth the bother. Limited storage in rooms and basically nowhere to store bathroom items. We enjoyed our time in Bucharest. However, not sure we'd return to this hotel if we ever came back. We missed a functioning bar and a cooked breakfast.

Fabulous, very clean hotel. Had a great stay. If you have problems walking far, distance to Old Town and city centre is 4+ km, then I would suggest getting an Uber or Bolt taxi as prices are very cheap. There is a small bar in wardrobe. Only critism would be is the usual choice of a kettle and sachets, sugar, milk etc for hot beverages in rooms instead of having to go downstairs every time. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Around a 1.2mile flat walk into the city centre. Clean, good sized rooms, helpful staff. Quiet atmosphere and good value for money.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Breakfast could have been better and there is no bar to get a night cap after a long day.The location is good for access to the city and the Victoria Place areas while being on a quiet street with little traffic or noise

This hotel is aesthetically beautiful, the rooms are decorated to a high standard with nothing to fault. Staff were helpful.Our only let down would be location is out of city centre a good 45 minute walk, or rely on Uber and the continental breakfast was a little underwhelming and lacked choice and variety.Coffee not served at breakfast is an extra charge which I’ve never found elsewhere during travels especially when there is no drink making facilities in the room.Beautiful hotel, location more suited for business not a city break and things like breakfast and drink making aren’t great. On a positive note the neighbours dog who visits the front door is lovely and friendly.
