    This is a very good hotel. Just 10 min walk from the very centre but close to a hospital and several universities. Spacious rooms and very clean. The breakfast is good too. The rooms are spacious and the concierge is a very nice and helpful man. The parking situation is a bit tricky as it's off premises though very close by. He offered to drive with us to show us which solved the issue.

    We stayed in the Capitolina hotel for 1 night. We were really surprised by the cousy and beautiful room we got . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very fresh and varied. The location is great. I’d highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

    We found this a very pleasant hotel in which to spend our three days in Cluj. The room was comfortable and we could walk to city center in a few minutes. The only complaint was that the maids didn’t clean the room and bathroom thoroughly each day. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable, although the dining area was pretty small. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    This was my first time in Cluj so I booked solely on the basis of ranking and, all in all, I was not disappointed. Although the hotel is on a bit of a hill (be mindful if you have a problem with walking), it is pretty close to the centre and the walk is not unpleasant.The building is new and clean, the room I received (304) faced a back street, so there was no traffic noise to keep me up at night. The bathroom seemed a bit small but sufficient for one traveller, otherwise I definitely loved, loved, loved, the fact that they thought to put power outlets next to both sides of the bed (it is surprising how many hotels do not have enough power outlets). A plus also for the nightlights and the fact that the room had good light, and many seating spaces other than the bed.Due to the Covid safety measures, the breakfast was served inside the room - the choice was very good, they were very prompt at delivering it. They were also very accomodating with the fact that I had an early leave on the last day and prepared a very good take-away breakfast for me.The staff was smiling, kind, helpful, ready to intervene if someone had an issue and, overall, they seem the kind of place that takes client feedback seriously and seeks to improve the experience.

    Glad to be back, after these rough times.On the plus side, the hotel still looks classy, the personelle is well trained.The breakfast is adorable(served in my room).On the minus side, there was alot of noise in the hallway, i can even hear when people in the next room used the toilet. I was unlucky to get the room 205, wich has a view of a electricity pole.All in all i agree this is still a chic hotel, where I enjoy my stay.
