    I chose this hotel with very high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was completely disappointing.Throughout my stay, there was no heating in the room. At the reception, I was told that the heating system was broken, which is absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, especially during the cold season. I asked for an electric heater, but I was told that none were available.As a result, I had to stay in the cold in a so-called luxury hotel, while paying a premium price. No real solution was offered to me, no proper apology, and no compensation.It is truly disappointing that a hotel that promotes excellence can offer such poor conditions. The value for money is completely unjustified. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

    Amazing experience, spacious room and very modern, clean and tidy, very large living room so was perfect to accommodate guests, breakfast is a must to include you will regret if not, team is amazing and super supportive in the breakfast and reception, Atilla was a great help for us. I will stay only there in any next trips to Cluj, it is also connected to a mall so it is very practical location

    Fantastic hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms and staff is very polite. When we got to the hotel they gave us some complimentary cheese and whine. The staff is very polite. If you are looking for a good hotel to stay in Cluj then I recommend this hotel

    The room was very large and quiet, there was an office desk in the room, it also had a nice balcony and great overall amenities .There is a small shopping mall at the ground floor, with a market and 2 nice restaurants, italian and asian.The staff was friendly and always available. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices and the food was delicious.

    Our flight to Israel was canceled due to tragic escalation with Hamas. We have been staying in Platinia for 3 day. Our stay was amazing, with helpful and warm staff and great facilities. Special thanks to Adriane for all the immeasurable help.
