    I booked this hotel in May. But the epidemic, the borders are closed. And they refuse to cancel the reservation! In this difficult time, people help each other, often for free, but the owners of this hotel want to earn a couple of bucks. Yes, they can be earned, but a lost reputation will be difficult to restore. Good luck in your business!

    Bad food, bad service

    Well...as well as I've told them already, the sheets dirty and nobody seems to care, the glasses in the room seemed to be washed long time ago. About the restaurant...the waiters were laughing about what bad and old food the clients are eating...of course...they did not suspect that i understand romanian ( they even said that our food is a leftover from a weeding they had some time ago). I don't know...THERE IS NO CONTROL INSTITUTION TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING??? Outrageously....

    Excellent accommodations in a quiet area of Cluj

    We loved the staff and the check-in/out process was as good as it gets.The rooms are large (we stayed in 2 different ones for a total of three nights in two weeks) and clean. The restaurant downstairs is great for Romanian food and there's a cafe right next to it and a couple of grocery stores to the right of the hotel.Highly recommended if you don't have to be downtown, which is a short taxi ride away anyhow!

    We liked the hotel, it worthes its 4 stars.We had a very good room, very big, more then 36 square meters,warm and like home.The bad was of the best quality. Breakfast was pretty good,with many dishes,also the coffe.The only minus is the distance to the downtown, about 3 km.

    This was a great hotel to stay at, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and cleaned every day. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but I've grown to expect that unless it's my own bed it will not be the same comfiness. Breakfast was nice, plenty to pick from. Every time staff called us a taxi, it was there within a couple of mins. Handy for walking round Cluj as well, we did this every day as we like to walk rather than drive - We had no issues with the Wi-Fi.
