    I found a home in this difficult times. Really nice appartement, super clean, well maintained. Just to highlight the support,help and guidance of the ladies in management. No better place for a longterm stay in Cluj.4 months of super exeperience. Thank you so much!Frank

    Pros: Cleanliness, parking place.Cons: inflexible, interested only in money not in tourists' best interest. If you book from their website you get higher price than the one on booking.com (aprox 15% more). And if you show them that, they try to convince you that you are wrong. Rude receptionist.The guard man is smoking continuously and all smoke enters the apartment.The sofa is extremely unconfortable.I do not recommend the location, there are other much better options in Cluj.

    We stayed at UBA for 3 days in February 2020. The rooms are nice, modern and clean. The location is a little (2 km) out of the city center. Breakfast was not worth much, but we got some food to start the day. :-)

    We stayed here for one night, all in all everything was nice but I have 2 observations: if you leave the window open during the night time it is very noisy because of the cars driving on the main street, and there is no shampoo or shower gel in the shower, only hand soup.

    Omg ! Where do I start ? Morning breakfast : we got to the breakfast room where a group of cleaning ladies were feasting on what was suppose to be the guests breakfast buffet so we got no bread left and the lady in charge said this is what it is no more bread . Then she went on her phone telling the other person how unhappy she was with her job and thinking about quitting while completely ignoring us. I did not wanted her negativity and asked if I can take my coffee to go in my room . She said no . Then the rooms had no air conditioning except 1 where you will freeze to keep the whole apartment cold . Towels were dirty ,tub was dirty ,ash-tree was dirty and with cigarette buds in ( we don’t smoke ) and apartment smelled like smoking was done in there . Beds mattress were poor cheap quality and could not sleep well .in-the bathroom they don’t have anything but hand soap, no shampoo no conditioner, no tissues . I do not recommend it ! Stay away !
