Comfortable, clean hotel with a fabulous breakfast spread.

We stayed 2 nights, one at the beginning of our safari tour and one night midway through. The first room #541 on the 5th floor had a pool view, and it was very noisy. We could hear kids screaming and playing Marco Polo until the pool shut at 6pm. We almost asked for another room because we wanted to nap after our international flight. The room was comfortable with a couch and an easy chair. There was no balcony. At our request our second room #240 overlooked the hotel entrance and carpark. This room was slightly smaller than our first room but definitely quieter. It had a couch and a desk chair, but we also had a balcony with seating. The food in the a la carte restaurant was good but be warned the potion size is huge. We had spaghetti bolognese and pork chops. We could have shared either meal between the 2 of us. The pizza was also tasty and plenty between 2 adults. The staff are friendly and professional. We highly recommend this hotel but not a pool view room if you are sensitive to noise. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were all very kind and the rooms were very comfy. The hotel was beautiful and the included breakfast was delicious with so many options. The hotel is a luxury hotel situated on a hill in Kigali. Staff were professional. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast buffet had. Lot of variety and food was good. Portions at the sit down restaurant for dinner are large. A very nice place to stay.
