    Wonderful place to stay. Free airport transfer (although the bus originally took us to the other Pestana hotel); friendly and informative receptionist; given a very large room, which was kept very clean. The pool was out-of-order, but we could use the clean infinity pool at Pestana São Tomé when we wanted. Good buffet breakfast. We used the bar twice and the restaurant once. Because of the low number of residents, they were virtually empty apart from us. We enjoyed our stay.The only issue was that the area outside floods quite extensively when it rains. This happened twice during our stay.

    Once in a lifetime experience.

    The hotel is very well located for family stays with a very big pool. They have a very cosy restaurant which serves very good Pizzas and Burgers. One can hear the sea and walk just out to get the best view of the Ocean. They have cute coffee shop which serves very good pastries with excellent views of the sea. The island has untouched beauty to explore with many excursions. The staff is very courteous and helpful and willing to go that extra mile. Isaiah, Laetiviana and Guimaldo are an asset for this hotel.     The oldest hotel in São Tomé, well located in the city, a large swimming pool and attentive service from all the staff.Despite being in the city, we were able to relax and disconnect from everything else.
