    موظفين الاستقبال علي قمة ف الزوق ودودين جدا The reception staff are very friendly and have a very high speed of accommodation and assistance, but the hotel needs renovation and change of room furniture, ‏the horse man and bell man are very friendly and helpful

    Old property with poor maintenance, cleanliness is poor. Overall cleanliness was poor. The carpets in the corridor were very old. The elevator were old, small and not well maintained. The bathroom was leaking water, complained to the reception but they did take action.

    If you travel with lots of people it's the best choice as they have big room and comfortable place. The location of the hotel is good, you can have walk to the beach in the morning in the good weather.

    I booked the Executive Suite for my family of 5… and we were all quite taken aback when we entered our suite… it was HUGE!! The lower floor has a kitchenette with tea maker, microwave and fridge, and the living/dining area is extremely spacious. There is also a maid’s room with iron/board and a full bathroom downstairs. And upstairs there are two huge bedrooms with king beds and attached baths. The air-conditioning is efficient, the beds are comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay. They provided us with extra towels immediately. The whole apartment was very clean. The place is just across the road from the corniche and many eating options, so if you want to spend some time at the corniche, it is strongly advisable to just leave your car at the hotel, and walk down there! There are not many channels on TV though (and NO English channels)… they should try and improve in this aspect. Breakfast was rather basic and just passable… this could be improved as well… although the staff in the restaurant were very courteous. This place is a steal for the price, and is highly recommended!

    We stayed a two bedroom apartment which was extremely spacious and had a homely feel the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and directly across the main road from the cornice, this is the ideal hotel if you just want to stay and have many amenities within walking distance.
