    I am staying at Carawan Hotel Jeddah since 8 days and have a reservation for another 4 nightsYesterday I found couple of small cockroaches in the room and complained about them to the receptionist and he started smiling as if this a a normal thing for him and promised me to change the rooms within no timeNothing happened and I went out and came lateToday again I found cockroaches crawling on the bed and went down to the reception immediately and again he promised to change in half an hourWaiting for an hour I went down and was told that the “labours” are on break and will be back after half an hourI asked him to connect me to the manager and he refused to give me his no and upon my insistence he called him and His excellently the manager refused to speak with me and I was told to go back to the room and waitI am also refused refund as this is a prepaid online reservationhouse keeping is on "request" and not on daily basis
