    First of all, thank you for your good service. The cleaning staff on the 2nd floor, Mr. Muhammet, and Mr. İkram on the 3rd floor do their jobs perfectly. They are successful in cleaning. I thank them very much. However, the room I am in is very bad, very stuffy, and smells of damp. I couldn't stay here any longer. You should change the furniture. I would be very happy if you could solve this smell.Best Regards

    After a problem with the airport transfer (original pickup a no show and 2.5 hour wait) the check in around 4am went well. The room was nice as was breakfast.The staff made change for me so i could pay for the transfer back to the airport.

    Nive clean hotel. Complete all necessary amenities i needed. Very unique interior. Though location a bit at the quiet side of Jeddah. Staffs all good. Check in process not ao bad. The aircond abit funny though. Overall i have a good day at the hotel

    Unbelievable experience in Jeddah, spacious room clean and tidy, food variety as well as quality was stunning, all in all I enjoyed the delightful stay in that hotel, not to forgot the hotel will definitely offer you a free pickup or dropoff to Jeddah Airport which is pretty awesome.

    1. receptionist keep calling to checkout of hotel yet i still have four days of stay. decided to do him a favor and checkout of the hotel the following day.2. laundry was collected at 9:00pm yet i put it out in the morning.
