    My worst hotel experience ever

    I contacted the hotel via booking.com messages more than a week ahead of my stay, informing that I will arrive around midnight hence I will make a late check in and they confirmedJust to find out upon arrival after a very exhausting day that they canceled my reservation without informing me I was not the only guest who had such experience .. It looks like the management are doing over bookings during high seasons without proper plans to satisfy the guests they canceled their reservations

    - The receptionist is rude - Smoking is allowed in all floors - The safe was locked and they didn’t do anything about it - I wanted to change the room because of the noise one receptionist said in 3 hours the other said fully booked - the hotel is scary and gloomy

    Nice hotel close to the airport, a little far away from downtown with local food, gym and indoor swimming pool

    Nice hotel, each room has separate bedroom, living room and bathroom. AC work well, stuff is friendly and helpful. Some rooms to East Side has bad view, west side is good view. Gym and indoor swimming pool floor B1 is nice. Food is good, just if will be better choice range during longer stay will be perfect. For the time being the food spectre has not wide range and is repeating in 2-3 days same.

    The hotel is just awesome, great property, state of art Gym , spacious rooms and super courteous staff !! The behaviour of the staff is what truly make the experience worth while!!     Amazing Hospitality/Specious Rooms/Delicious Food

    This was one of the best hotel I visited during my visit to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.I absolutely loved my experience here, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and they always make sure your request and needs were met. *They go above and beyond, and treat you like family. The Rooms Living rooms and bathrooms are so specious neat and cleaned. And our stay was really comfortable.Also, a special shout out to Ms. JAWAHER ALGHAMDI. She is very Humble, Polite, Helpful, and goes extra mile to provide and extraordinary customer services and hospitality to their guest. She’s well knowledgeable as has got good knowledge about this beautiful country, city and hotel.And I would like to sincerely appreciate Miss Leen.. for giving us a warm and sincere welcome when we arrived.She’s so helpful and goes extra mile to provide their guest to have a comfortable and hassle free stay.
