    Terrible and worse stay. فندق سيء لا انصح به

    حجزت ٥ ليالى شقة فندقية غرفتين لقضاء العيد و الاستمتاع مع الاسرة. و لكن مع الاسف قررت انهاء الاقامة فى اليوم الثانى و الانتقال لفندق اخر. الفندق لا يرقى لان يكون من مجموعة فنادق هيلتون و لا يرقى لان يكون تصنيفه ٤ نجوم. استلمنا الشقة الفندقية و فؤجئت بعدم وجود تليفزيون سواء فى الغرفة الماستر او غرفة الاولاد او غرفة المعيشة، و طلبت حل المشكلة و تم ارسال تليفزيون واحد فقط و طلبت واحد اضافى من الاستقبال لغرفة نوم الاولاد و لم يتم الارسال. تجهيزات الحمام من مناشف و مناديل و صابون و غيرها كانت ناقصة و طلبنا المزيد و يبدو ان سياسة الفندق نحو التوفير على حشاب راحة النزلاء. كانت مكينة القهوة الموجودة معطوبة و بها تسريب للماء و تم الاتصال بالاستقبال و قاموا بتغيرها بواحدة اخرى.تم اعطاء مفتاح كارت واحد فقط لاسرة من ٥ اشخاص و طلبت مفتاح اضافى و رفضوا و ذلك سبب معاناه لنا حيث ان الكارت نحتاجه للدخول الى المول و المسبح و الجيم مما تسبب فى صعوبات مستمرة لحركة الاولاد فعند الخروج و العودة لابد من ان اذهب معهم لفتح الابواب او الزوجة كل مرة. ارضية المسبح كانت غير نظيفة و الكلور نسبته عالية جدا. الثلاجة بها تقطير ماء بالداخل و لا تبرد بصورة جيدة. التليفون فى الحمام مكسور. قائمة الافطار محدودة جدا. و لذلك كان الخيار الامثل و الافضل لى للاستمتاع بالعيد هو انهاء الاقامة و الانتقال الى فندق اخر.I booked a two-bedroom hotel apartment for five nights to spend the Eid al-Adha holiday with my family. Unfortunately, I decided to cancel the reservation on the second day and move to another hotel.The hotel doesn't live up to the Hilton brand and doesn't even deserve a four-star rating.Upon arriving at the apartment, I was surprised to find that there were no televisions in the master bedroom, the children's bedroom, or the living room. I asked for a solution, and they sent only one television. I requested an additional one for the children's bedroom, but it wasn't sent. Bathroom amenities, such as towels, tissues, and soap, were also lacking, so we requested more. It seems the hotel's policy is to cut costs at the expense of guest comfort.The coffee machine was broken and leaking. We contacted reception, and they replaced it.We were given only one key card for a family of five, and when we requested an additional key, they refused. This caused us considerable hardship, as we needed the card to access the mall, theater, and gym. This created constant difficulties for the children, as I had to go with them to open the doors whenever we went out, or for my wife to go with me.The flooring was dirty and lacked proper planning.There was water dripping inside, and the room didn't cool down properly.The telephone in the bathroom was broken.The breakfast menu was very limited.Therefore, the best and most suitable option for me during the holiday was to cancel my stay and move to another hotel.     The rooms and swimmingpool are great. The breakfast is very extensive and the overall service at the hotel is super! A special thanks goes out to the lady at the desk who checked us in on wednesday february 4th. We are the couple from the Netherlands who asked about the clothing regulations at the swimmingpool.

    Our recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Andalus Mall was nothing but Amazing. We were welcomed at check-in with freshly baked cookies which we really needed after traveling in from Medinah. Our room was on the ninth floor, which provided a beautiful view of city. We booked a two-bedroom suite which was very comfortable for our traveling party of five. The room came with two full bathrooms and a toilet in the hallway. Additionally, there is a separate dining area and a living room. The hotel is connected to a mall with easy access to restaurants and shopping. While the hotel is remarkably close to shopping and restaurants, the rooms provide a quiet and peaceful environment for relaxation. I also like the fact that the hotel is within 20 minutes from the airport. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at DoubleTree, and I will stay at this property again if the opportunity becomes available.

    Exceptional Customer Experience and warm receptions by entire staff at the property

    I was in Saudi with my son, of the three Hilton properties that we stayed in Makkah and Jeddah, this stands out. Good location by a big mall, clen room with all ammenities, good breakfast and very warm Front desk staff especially by Rana Alhazmi. She was very helpful and welcoming, one of the best receptionists. Fatima Alattas was also very friendly and assisted us greatly. I will be staying here on my next visit and would recommend.

    I have been traveling for work for over 15 years and I have never experienced such poor service.Every day, a battle with the front desk; sometimes over dinner being charged to the room, sometimes over laundry, sometimes over the payment method, and so on... the hotel restaurant manages to offer even worse service, with staff minding their own business, food served cold, undercooked, or overcooked.
