    Been in this hotel a couple of times, but this time the service was absolutely horrible, and I almost got verbally harassed by the manager, and the assistant manager did not behave any better. I spoke to other customers in the restaurant, and they mentioned they have also witnessed the staff being treated horribly by them two. This is extremely wrong, and I am going to raise a complaint about this. Please connect me to the HR.     Since 4 year when ever I came jeddah I use to stay IBIS Jeddah City Centre good location nice room much clean well organised. Good food with amazing test. Very professional and friendly staff always willing to help.     Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and professional, and the cleanliness of the rooms and overall environment was excellent.
