    Booking cancelled on “NO SHOW “, before time .

    Their website is very unreliable . Do not book it through it , they are cheating with customers ,https://iridium70hotel.bookmystay.io/I was traveling from riyadh to jeddah I booked hotel through the website, but before the check-in time starts , they cancel my booking on “NO show” I called them many times send email to customer service but nobody took the responsibility, instead they refused to give me another room, because they were fully booked .I guess they gave my room to another customer who gave them higher prices and cancel my booking . Finally , in the last moment I had to contact my friend to book a room in any other hotel for me. Today It has been 7 days but nobody even responded to any of my emails. Please avoid this hotel to avoid the last moments surprise.

    I was attending a medical event last November and I accompanied my wife to do (omra) the hotel was clean,room was comfortable with good space.The hotel distance from makka not far ,near the hotel many malls for shopping (flamingo mall), hotel staff was friendly and polite .I recommend the hotel for short stay. Good experience 😃

    The hotel in general is good.Rooms are super clean, wide and very comfortable with full amenities needed. Parking available. Staff friendly.Location is good.The negative points : Elevator, have to wait for long time to use it.Breakfast : Full of options but poor in quality.Staff are friendly but need more training to understand hospitality better.

    For 397 SAR per night i found my experience worth the money paid, the service is extremely fast, staff are nice and friendly, cleanness is very good.Location :Am not experienced in Jeddah but based on Google maps which is accurate usually most of attractions won't take longer than 35min worth of driving. Room:Bathroom is decent a bit consumed but acceptable.. Bed was fine but not as good as hotel should be (it didn't give me the bed hug feeling 😅 which usually the deference between your home and hotels) but it was good.Breakfast:Hygiene is very good.. The variety is ok but i didn't like it, not enough options but at the end of the day it was cheap to add a breakfast so i got what i paid for.The whole experience in general was exceeding the money paid so i did enjoy the stay and i would repeat it again and the hotel will be recommended to friends and family.

    The hotel underwent a makeover and overall it's a superb outcome. The whole hotel including the rooms and food are great. It's refreshing and situated very well along Prince Majed road accessible to anywhere
