      I visited Ruve Hotel and found the experience disappointing. The lobby felt plain and lacked the welcoming atmosphere I expect, more like a local setup than a proper hotel.The biggest issue was service — I waited for nearly 15 minutes while the receptionist sat upstairs, just looking down without coming to assist, even after the bellman tried to alert him that a guest was waiting.On the positive side, the bellman was polite and offered me a place to sit, showing more hospitality than the receptionist. I actually wished he was the one serving me instead.Overall, a boring atmosphere with poor reception service.
