    We had an amazing stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end.The breakfast buffet was incredible, with such a huge variety of delicious options every morning. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.We would also like to sincerely thank Sheila, Hussein, and Remar for their wonderful service, especially Sheila, who always made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us with such kindness and care.A big thank you as well to the housekeepers, Rashedul and MD Rakibuk Husan, for always keeping our room perfectly clean and comfortable throughout our stay.And finally, thank you to Nawaf and Tariq at the reception for patiently keeping up with our endless requests for water and always helping us with a smile.We truly had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again in the future.     I spent 10 nights here over the course of two stays so got a good feel for the hotel.The staff and service is fantastics, very helpful and friendly. I booked a rate that included breakfast and dinner, both of which were a large buffet with many choices. The food was thoughtfully prepared and choices rotated so there was variety even over the course of 10 days.I booked the king corner suite which was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and clean. There were signs of wear such as carpet stains, automatic window curtain opener didn't work for all windows, couch was a bit worn, bathroom caulking was a bit grimy. Nothing horrible but would say the property is getting close to a refresh. They did a good job cleaning the room each day though some minor inconsistencies such as not replacing the bathrobe when they took the used one to no slippers. Both were easily rectified by asking.I used the fitness center a few times, good equipment. My only gripe was there was nothing to clean the equipment after you used it. I took a towel to the changing / bathroom and put soap and water on it so I could wipe down the bike after use, but it did make me wonder how often things were cleaned.Location seemed good. There is a supermarket in easy walking distance as well as a laundry place. Many stores close by and you can take a taxi / uber to one of the many shopping malls.     What a beautiful beautiful property !! Staff is very kind and polite. Rooms are ultra neat and clean . Gym was good too. Nicly maintained hotel. Close by sholoijg places and eateries too.
