    It is of course difficult for me to prove it, but Allah sees everything. 700 dollars and 300 euros were stolen from inside my suitcase in my room. May the person who stole it never find peace in this world or the next. May they never see a good day. As someone who has traveled to dozens of countries and stayed in hundreds of different hotels, this is the first time something like this has happened to me. I hope that money comes out of their children and family. If you ever have to stay at this hotel, never leave any valuables in your room!بالطبع من الصعب عليّ إثبات ذلك، لكن الله يرى كل شيء. تم سرقة 700 دولار و300 يورو من داخل حقيبتي في غرفتي. أسأل الله ألا يجتمع شمل السارق لا في هذه الدنيا ولا في الآخرة. وألا يرى يوماً سعيداً في حياته. وبصفتي شخصاً سافر إلى عشرات الدول وأقام في مئات الفنادق المختلفة، فهذه هي المرة الأولى التي يحدث لي فيها شيء كهذا. أتمنى أن تخرج هذه الأموال من أولاده وعائلته. وإذا اضطررتم للإقامة في هذا الفندق، فلا تتركوا أي أشياء ثمينة في الغرفة أبداً!

    I booked a Double room but upon check-in, I was told that the room is no longer available. They claimed that I am checking-in late although I had already informed them that I will be checking-in between 11 pm and 12 am. They forced me to stay in a bigger room and to pay the difference in price. I assume that an upgrade should be free as it was their issue.

    I had booked in with them due to my previous experience which was quite great. But unfortunately this time around it was exactly the opposite. We had a confirmed booking through booking.com which had no option of advance payment. We went to check in around 7pm. They simply told us sorry we are full no rooms & no chance. The lady at the reception on was like you did not pay. I did try to explain there was option to pay either. Communication was really poor. So next time you book in kindly make sure payment is done or else you will be hunting for rooms late evening which is the last thing you want to do after a tiring journey.

    Comfortable bed/pillows, clean room, good food. Great service from staff, especially Abdullah (management) and Medhat (chef). Some issues with wifi (stopped working midway through stay) which was very inconvenient. Good location.

    The rooms are not well cleaned. You receive calls from the reception at midnight and after midnight for issues that can easily be sorted out the next day!!! They wake u up for that!!! Food is not good, breakfast neither. The noise in the room is unbearable,The only thing that’s good about this hotel is two receptionists who are very sweet, however one of them would still wake u up at night to solve issues that can easily be solved later on!
