We were a group of 19 pax booked by palms land agency as were doing the Saudi Arabia tour with them.We checked in late evening after the tour to the holy city of Madinah....which was very interesting. We were booked here a hotel walking distance to the airport as next morning we had a bus waiting for us to get us to AlulaSome had dinner which was only buffet couldn't do a la carte..there were many airline crew. Breakfast nothing great but reception staff had their own way of allocation of rooms one of our pax got a room far off n a room which was more of an apt by description but shifted to one of our own rooms which was a no show.There were 3 lifts but I think all don't operate at the same time..

Great hotel for transit passengers. 24/7 shuttle is available. I would definitely recommend to consider this hotel.
