  The breakfast was reasonable and the staff were mediocre. I have no idea why this hotel gets such high ratings. The hotel is stuck in the 1900’s with its design and decor. The room’s furnishings are so outdated. The shower was ridiculous in that you had to stand in the bath and angle the shower head down or else it would spray over the glass protector but it was so low you had to duck to get your head wet while up against the side shower wall. Be warned that if you don’t like cigarette smoke then don’t book here because people smoke everywhere including the restaurant and lounge. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they have upgraded everything and banned smoking inside. Our initial booked room was so small that two people with two suitcases couldn’t fit and the upgraded room was spacious but you have to leave your suitcases downstairs because there is no room for them in the bedroom which is upstairs.

  Hotel has a amazing location staff are so friendly breakfast so good but only thing that there is one worker in spa and she is so unfriendly and rude she make feel us like animal we were so upset because of this otherwise everything is so good

  Very disappointing stay. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our suite did not work and the room was extremely hot. We were moved to another room, but the AC there also failed. Only the next evening were we moved to a standard room with working air conditioning, after wasting a lot of time dealing with the issue.The management promised a full refund, but we were never compensated.

  Another piece of Belgrade history with its significance in World War 2. Amazing place to see the architecture and enjoy the famous Moskva schnitt cake and a traditional coffeeserved in its cafe.

  Terrible, rude staff, no helpful for anything

  It's a disgusting place. The staff is extremely rude. There's smoking everywhere, and the risk of fire is very high. It's extremely harmful to your health. No one seems to be aware of the situation. The staff is incompetent, incompetent, and unhelpful. We've had a lot of problems. I don't recommend it to anyone.
