Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     We have been scammed! 100% Paid, 0% Get!

    We had paid over €1,000 in advance via booking.com, then Corona came and we couldn’t enter the country for the booked period. Mr. Gayan from Villa Authentigue assured us in writing that we can catch up on the paid overnight stays by the end of 2022.All of our written requests to redeem our voucher were ignored by the property. We felt sorry at the time and accepted the voucher offer instead of insisting on a refund because we couldn't use the accommodation we had booked. This is thanks to the hotel operator, he cheated us by stealing our money and not delivering the agreed service. This behavior is criminal - a shame!

    hi everybody, la digue is one small piece of paradise, dont go to mahe, praslin, just come to la digue, rent a bike and you will be in paradise.the villa is very very nice place, 5 min walking from the ferry port, clean, cousy, the ladies working there are soo polite and kind, treat you like royals.beautiful terrace, beautiful nature, and a kind staff is all you need and what you ll get.fantastic place, just it hurts veeery badly when its time to go homeand one more thing, make sure to go to the island boat excursion with IAN, such a nice young man who will show you the most beautiful local islands, has his own boat, snorkling equipment and great experience.ian keep good work!!!!!and dont book for 3 days, book for 7 days becouse this place is pure heaven

    +++Excellent locationBig rooms with balcony but which need to refreshmenteasy access to bicyclesArrangement made to get a fruit platter instead of the breakfast, due to early check out---Some ants next to the fridge

    I was reading all of the comments about Villa Authentique.. but i thought lets try maby it is not that bad. It is really bad we booked a 60m2 room because we where there with 3 children from 4 , 4 and 1 year old. We had a 30m2 room king room not the family room we had booked. He didnt want to find a solution. Mr gayan lied to us about the accomodation he said to us yes but the public garden is include the 60m2 garden. Well it was not a garden it was a bike stalling ( public) thats it. My kids had no space at all. Right now we are doing our best to get our money back because we felt stolen by mr gayan . Our holiday in la dique was horrible the manager is not a nice person at all. Also to agoda he is lieing about the size of the room. So please people pay a little bit more in another hotel instead of this horrible hotel. We diddnt get housekeeping so the whole room was dirty and the smell of diapers. We had to clean our room self. Also we had to pay more for the breakfast but in the conditions from agoda it said it is free . Really bad .

    Location was great! But...the access to the room was a very dark hallway.All kinds of wires hanging from the TV .Only one light in the bedroom, from the ceiling. Bathroom: A used piece of soap in the bathroom. The cover WC was broken..We asked the Manager if we could find ebike to rent as I am 77. He said no. So we rented one of the bikes at the.Hotel!!!! Then later walking in the port ,we found there were ebikes to rent!!!! Incredible.!!!!!!!So???? Vey dissapointed!!!
