Very nice experience. Check in was done smoothly. The girl at the counter was very nice. Room was nice, bathroom and everything was as clean. Food was nice. Titi has always been good to us. She smiles and makes sure we have good experience. Swimming pool is very relaxing.

Very basic options of food, quality of food is okay however the quantity is as similar as inflight meal. Only 1 meal option allowed...Much more room for improvement critical for the front desk inexperienced young crew.. Not a pleasant experience!!

My first hand experience with staying at this hotel

I had an unfortunate set of events happen with my flights and needed to stay here for an extra 24 hours, I was assisted by April, Ashriel, Jasvan, and Wang Loong. They all went above and beyond making sure the amenities were disclosed, and assisted with every question I had. I asked if I’d be able to wait after my time to check out in the waiting area and I was told that was more than fine. I didn’t have to lay on the floor downstairs or some random place in the airport, I am very appreciative of this. The room was perfect for what I needed just for myself, the room was so dark when I turned off the lights I slept almost instantly I was awake 24 hrs ahead of my stay. Minimal noise as well, I was staying in Thailand before this stay and it’s clear the difference in the noise level. The shower and bathroom areas were cleaned very well as the room was too. The breakfast buffet was great and I was able to order my dinner as well the food was very good. This was my first experience of staying in a hotel in an airport and I couldn’t imagine it being a better experience. Thank you to the staff for my stay you were all very hospitable.

As l had a long layover my choice was to stay in the transit area rather than the hassle of bag collection,immigration and returning the next day.What a decision.My room was quiet,and extremely comfortable.The next day l was able to enjoy my complimentary lunch poolside and use facilities until my departure.My sincere thanks to FIRDAUS and NICHOLAS who made my stay so enjoyable.Your assistance was invaluable.
