    Location is good near china town, nearest station is outram park. Room was spacious enough for 4 people but small bathroom. Glad that we have balcony for our room.

    located in a very strategic location in Singapore. Clean rooms, hotel staff are very helpful in providing services, especially providing explanations when we need travel information to Johor. they were happy to inform us about what type of transportation we should use

    Failed to Provide a Sleepable Room

    TERRIBLE HOTEL！I spent two nights at this hotel. The air conditioner in the room was leaking water directly onto the bed, making the bedsheets wet and the bed unusable for sleeping. Although the staff claimed they had fixed the issue, it clearly wasn’t resolved.I don't understand why I should spend money on a hotel that FAILED to provide a room suitable for sleeping. I requested compensation from the hotel, but they refused.

    Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful staff. The rooms also do not look nice. Prices are cheap but I would not go here, recommend looking elsewhere if possible! Location is ok but I can't think of anything else positive to say about this place.

    My husband and I stayed here for four nights over the new year period. Leading up to our stay the staff were friendly and prompt in any questions I had. The location is fantastic- a short walk to the Maxwell MRT which then took us anywhere we needed to go. Our room was a decent size and good value for the money we payed. The pub across the road is quite loud at night and our room faced it directly- make sure you have some noise cancelling headphones or earplugs.Make sure you walk up to the Meet wine bar for a great feed.
