This hotel is located in the heart of Orchard Road, the celebrated commercial and entertainment hub of Singapore. It lies within a 5 to 10-minute walk of its prestigious neighbour, The Presidential Palace, 2 underground train stations, major shopping centres and Fort Canning Park. Guests will also find bars, restaurants and nightclubs within 200 m of the hotel. Further down the road, 10-15 minutes' walk away are the Singapore Art Museum, CHIJMES Hall and the famous Raffles Hotel. The Esplanade Theatres are a 15-minute drive away, and Clarke Quay may be reached in around 10 minutes by car.

Facility

The hotel has 407 rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided.     Overall, my stay at the Conrad Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit, and the room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities and overall service standards met expectations, making the stay enjoyable despite a busy schedule.One area that could be improved was the breakfast experience. The fresh fruit selection was quite limited and did not offer much variety compared to what would normally be expected at a hotel of this standard.
