    Wonderful service from arrival to check-out. We were warmly greeted by the doormen, Nicholas and Areevin, who welcomed us with smiles and professionalism.The check-in process was handled efficiently by Fadli at reception. Our room was exceptionally clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome amenities.We also enjoyed afternoon tea in the Club Lounge, which offered a beautiful river view. The staff were friendly, attentive, and highly professional.For dinner, we visited the Lobby Lounge, where Janice provided excellent service and made our evening truly enjoyable. The food from Riverside Terrace was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend that anyone staying at this hotel try the restaurant's offerings. Special thanks to Chef Vicki for the wonderful culinary experience.The concierge team, especially Mathan, Balan, and were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.This has been one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced. The hotel delivers true 5-star luxury service, and we highly recommend it. 100% recommended!

    The buffet at Grand Copthorne Hotel offers an exceptional spread. The seafood on ice features fresh prawns and crab legs, alongside premium oysters. For regional Malaysia buffet, the Penang satay and laksa, rich Johor curries n Sabah & Sarawak cuisine deliver authentic taste, while the Japanese station serves beautifully arranges fresh sushi boats! Will revisit the restaurant in the hotel again!
