Location

Situated at the crossroads of Outram and Havelock Roads, the hotel lies by the Singapore River, within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of Chinatown’s Food Street, Great World City Shopping Mall and the Chinatown MRT station. A 5-10 minute drive away are Clarke Quay, a 24-hour supermarket, the financial/business district and Harbourfront Cruise Centre. In addition, guests are within a 15-minute drive from tourist attractions. The hotel is also a 25-minute drive from Changi International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 515 rooms, including 11 junior suites and 16 suites, which are located on 27 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether more active or in need of rest and relaxation, guests can unwind at the pool complex, which includes a children's area and a total of 2 swimming pools. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. There is a poolside snack bar as well. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including tennis, golf, a gym and aerobics. An entertainment programme and live music are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for lunch and dinner). Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The food was delicious, with a great variety and consistently high quality. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention to Shane at Concierge, who was incredibly welcoming and super helpful in helping me find my way around and making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

    Just checked out of Artirum Hotel after a holiday and had to leave feedback. The hotel was great, but Roise from housekeeping made the stay exceptional. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always went out of her way to help. Little touches like remembering our extra towels and greeting us with a smile every day really made a difference.     Nice Location, Big Room But Looking Old

    We liked the hotel location near the river with many eateries and MRT 2 min walk. Rooms are quite big but looking old and really not smelling nice. Upon arrival, Jackson checked us in fast which was great. I bought a pint of Kirin at the bar on check in night (4th June) the bartender promised to register IHG points for me, gave him my Ambassadors membership number unfortunately until now still have not received the points.
