    Stayed at Ibis Bencoolen few times back then and this tine around for FHA one of the largest trade show we had done a bulk bookingClean spotless roomsWith iron board and safety deposit Amazing showerA working hairdryerAmazing breakfastAmazing reception team and f&b teamIf only i have one little complaint is that only 2 elevators were working while the other two or 1 were having some work done.This is a busy hotel ,I am impressed with its cleanliness Location is near to everything you need so centrally located with many eateries around.But even their own restaurant have great naan and laksa.     Wondeful stay during our Singapore Visit

    We have been greeted by Than Thar at the front desk upon arrival. For this trip, it is the first time we visit Singapore on the night flight from Bangkok with quite a significant delay along the journey. Than Thar gracefully provided me and my family a room upgrade to Deluxe Room which was also included a free mini bar. This kind gesture for her totally dissolved our tiredness and made us think we chose the right hotel for this trip. Overall, the room, even though is a bit tight with 18 Sq.M. total area but the way everything was arranged plus underbed luggage storage made this room quite spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and contained quite variety of food. The hotel has just finished a major room renovation last year while some public area is under renovation especially Elevator which at the time of my visit was available only 2 out of 4 elevators, this created a bit of inconvenience going up and down the hotel, but it was understandable for me. I'm looking forward to stay here during my next visit to Singapore.     Very pleasant hotel with great staff, an easy walk to all the places you want to see in Singapore. Reasonable size rooms for Singapore, kept spotless by the room staff. While all the staff were very helpful and always smiling, special mention to the Fabulous Jess on reception and Aldred the always smiling lift man in the mornings.     A good option but some improvements required

    The positives with this hotel include excellent service from the staff. The young woman at the welcome desk who was on in the afternoon/evening on 26/27 March was friendly and very helpful and gave us some good advice. She also made a big effort to address some issues with our room. The breakfast was an eclectic mix of different foods which we loved and its location is very handy for catching the MRT to town and the airport.Recommendations include: air conditioning in rooms is outdated and needs refreshing. Our room couldn't get any cooler than 24 degrees which was too hot. Too many elevators are out of action and there needs to be a closer gym option while the onsite gym is being refurbished.
