    Having stayed at a lot of Marriott properties and this is one of the nicest ones I have seen. This JW Marriott is in the heart of Singapore and has a great professional staff. Great breakfast buffet.

    My friends and I had an amazing 2 nights stay. We love every facility the hotel has to offer from the swimming pool to the gym and the executive lounge. There’s even pool table on the 18th floor. The views are great! Everybody was very friendly and I love the lobby scent. Thank you Javier, Fiona, Jane, Han, Fara, Adie and so many other staff who made the stay an exceptional one.

    I attended business including a conference nearby and this was my first stay at this property.I typically love Marriott brands but I did not get this one. The place aspires to be hip but is just plain strange and too dark in places. I just did not get the vibe.The room is nice but a bit tight (as can be seen by the ridiculous office chair, or was it supposed to be a rocking chair). In any case, I just neither fit me nor was it comfortable to conduct any work in.The bed is reasonably comfortable although I found the pillows far too soft. Luckily I asked at the reception and was pointed to a firmer one which was stored in the closet. At least one night with a somewhat better sleep.The bathroom is quite nice and well equipped (bathtub and shower).The breakfast place across from the entrance is nice with a good spread although I could not get a coffee service upon first request on any of the days of my visit.The lounge is quite big; service was friendly although the spread was a bit too seafood heavy for my taste.

    As someone who travels the world extensively, I have stayed at my fair share of luxury properties, but the JW Marriott South Beach Singapore consistently remains one of my favorite hotels on the planet. They don’t just provide a room; they truly spoil their guests in a way that sets the bar for the entire industry, including other JW properties.The level of care and attention to detail here is unmatched. I return here again and again because they have a unique way of making you feel completely looked after. A standout highlight of my most recent stay was Fiona at the concierge desk. She went absolutely above and beyond to help me track down a very specific souvenir for a friend back in the States. Her dedication and effort were incredible and typical of the "guest-first" culture at this hotel.If you want to experience hospitality that truly leads the world, this is the place. They treat their customers with genuine care, and it’s a pleasure to keep coming back.Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
