Location

Strategically located in the Marina Bay area, the hotel is directly opposite the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre and is within walking distance of the Esplanade Theatres by the bay, as well as the large shopping centres and a multitude of entertainment venues housed within the Marina Square. The nearest underground is City Hall MRT station, a 7-10 minute walk through City Link. This is Singapore's first underground pedestrian shopping centre which links City Hall MRT station to Marina Square and Suntec City Mall. A range of specialty shops and food outlets are also located here.

Facility

575 rooms, including 4 junior suites and 20 suites, are located on 21 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a plug adapter, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Amenities provided in the rooms include slippers and a daily paper. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided.     We had a wonderful birthday getaway for my husband, and I truly appreciate the hotel’s thoughtful efforts in making our stay even more special.From assisting with our early check-in request, arranging a birthday gift in our room before our arrival, and preparing a lovely and delicious complimentary chocolate birthday cake, every gesture was deeply appreciated.We were also warmly welcomed with a card and letter from the Guest Services team, as well as a sweet note from the housekeeping team. The complimentary memento photo-taking session at the hotel garden was such a beautiful touch and gave us a lovely memory to keep.Thank you so much to all the amazing staff for your kindness, warmth, and excellent service. You truly made my husband’s birthday celebration memorable.

    Choosing PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay was one of the best decisions of our trip. The location was excellent, with Merlion Park just a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful Marina Bay night views every evening. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the pool looked absolutely stunning when illuminated at night.A special thank you to Christi from the 11th-floor housekeeping team. She was always friendly, kept our room spotless, and handled every request promptly and professionally. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her kindness and dedication.
