    Shangri-La Serviced Apartments in Singapore offer spacious and well-maintained accommodation with excellent service. The apartments are very clean, generously sized, and provide ample wardrobe space. Housekeeping is carried out three times a week, with fresh towels, robes, toothbrushes, and shower toiletries provided. The staff are exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A thoughtful welcome pack was also provided, including bread, eggs, fruit, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, juice, and jam, which comfortably covered our first two days. Guests have access to the hotel facilities next door, such as the pool and spa, although this is not available on weekends.On the downside, while the apartments have their own pool and sauna, this area would benefit from a deep clean and a general upgrade, as it appeared somewhat run down. The bathrooms, although very large and clean, would also benefit from refurbishment. The sofas and floor mats showed visible staining; while attempts appear to have been made to clean them, replacement would be more appropriate. Towels are provided at the pool and sauna, which is a positive.That said, the level of service was outstanding, and based on this alone, I would still choose to stay here again.

    The apartments were in a perfect location, within walking distance to Orchard Road, shops, Cold Storage Supermarket and retail outlets, and the MRT. Pool was great, clean, relaxing and not crowded, staff were friendly. Apartments were perfect for a small family. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, all rooms have toilets, there is a comfortable lounge and dining area and a small kitchen. If you can overlook dated decor, which I can, the accomodation is spot on and I would highly recommend.

    My wife and I stayed in this hotel for one week. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. The hotel is wonderful. Very attentive staff. Very comfortable room. Full kitchen. For the first day of our stay the hotel provided some complimentary food and drinks. Very helpful. Very well located, close to the orchard metro station. There are shuttle to/from the metro station and shopping malls nearby. We feel home for the entire week and to be able to cook and prepare some food in the room helped us a lot because Singapour is very expensive budget, although it is a great place to visit. There is an espresso coffee machine in the office close to the concierge or front desk, which is very convenient, because we could grab a nice cup of espresso every day in the morning.     Peaceful and luxurious home away from home

    My stay for one week at the Shangri-La Apartments was just perfect in every way. The accommodation was luxurious and so very comfortable. I loved the olde worlde charm. A very generous kitchen pantry package was a huge surprise, much appreciated! Unpacking my belongings into drawers and the wardrobe felt like I was moving in permanently. It truly felt like home. The reception staff were efficient and friendly at all times. The pool and garden surrounds were pristinely clean and inviting. I used the pool often. I slept so soundly each night, there was no noise from neighbouring rooms or from outside. It was only a short walk to the top of Orchard Road and the Delphi Orchard bus stop. A Cold Storage supermarket, plus numerous restaurants were located nearby. Another 15 minute walk away in the opposite direction was the charming small Tanglin Mall. This mall has three levels and so many delightful shops and cafes to please all tastes. It was a refreshingly quieter place than the hustle of busy Orchard Road. There is a fabulous book store on the top level. I highly recommend the Shangri-La Apartments for your next stay in Singapore. I know it’s now the only place for me!     Ideal accommodation for 10 day stay

    The fact that reception apologised for not helping us with our bags as we arrived is just one indication of the level of service provided by the staff. We were told that the room would be serviced on alternate days, we were visited by the cleaning staff far more regularly. The bed was comfortable. The pool was good to use but is in need of some TLC. The one drawback is the distance to the MRT station at Orchard which was our main source of transport. There was a bus stop closer.
