  The hotel room was clean and pretty. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. It was a little warm during the night and noisy.

  Perfect location - very close to City centre. Included parking place with daily fee. Nice 4 places room, perfect for a family. Nice and helpful personnel.Very close also to stores if you need to by anything.

  Liked · the location was very good, just a few meters away from the old town. However, the Crown Plaza (for less money) is just opposite and would be a MUCH better option for travelers. The room was quite spacious - one double bed and one single. Although when i put my daughter to sleep i noticed gum stuck on the wall. See picture.Disliked · 1. Although the property sent me a message with instructions of how to get to the reception, i did not have wifi so could not access the message. I called to ask where the property was and for a good 5 minutes they were trying to explain to me how to find the reception (a small door next to a cafe), when i did eventually find it 2 persons at the reception were there who could have easily just walked out to let me know where they were.2. All the hotels i have stayed at extend their breakfasts if it is on a Sunday and especially if it is a morning after the new years eve. I was not told during check-in the hours of breakfast but noticed a small sign on the reception saying that it is until 10 (see picture). However, there was another sign on the café (which was outside the property - and down the road) stating that on the 1/1/2023 (morning after new years eve) opening hours would be until 11 (see picture). We arrived for breakfast at 10:20 and they would not serve us as they said they only serve until 10. When i questioned reception he just shrug his shoulders. The 2nd morning we managed to have a breakfast (extremely basic) and i went to have coffee once finished with my breakfast at 10:01. The coffee machine was out of order and when i asked the waitress she said breakfast closes at 10! When i asked her if she could make me a coffee since its JUST ONE minute past closing time she refused.4. The building is an old, run down building with a lift probably dating a good 60 years old - not sure how safe this is. Although the room inside was renovated, the view was terrible (see pictures). The first day, cleaners had come into our room, put 2 clean towels (we were 3 persons) but did not make the beds. For the 3 days we stayed there the dirty mugs were not replaced.

  We had the quadruple comfort room, the beds were comfy, there was enough plug sockets which was great, bathroom was big enough and nice shower. Great location just a short walk for the Christmas market which was brilliant, well worth the money although first thoughts from the outside and stairs in the building wasnt great but the room was perfect, I will visit again!

  Great location - in between the railway station and the old town. Sadly, the grumpy man on reception spoilt our trip. He was totally miserable and wouldn't let us pay individually, I had to pay for everyone in our group (11 of us!!). He also advised that breakfast was 6 euros when in fact it was 7.50. The room was clean but the drainage on the shower floor sloped the wromg way meaning that the bathroom floor was constantly flooded.
