Facility

The hotel has 162 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Three night stay in Bratislava. Hotel is clean and modern with great facilities. Special mention to reception staff who are friendly and provided an itinerary.

    Very nice central hotel, clean, friendly and a good breakfast. The downside was outside traffic noise, which if you have a room facing the main road is relentless and very noisy.

    Excellent hotel. We had a fantastic view of the castle and city. Comfy beds and room was very spacious with huge bathroom (unsure if all rooms like this or if we were just lucky as had a corner room)Clean and tidy throughout and great reception/bar area. Fantastic location and everywhere in Bratislava was walkable. Staff were brilliant, especially the lady who checked us in (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) Would 100% recommend.

    Great location to access the old town if you use the underpass that we didn’t spot on our first morning. Only about 15 minutes away by taxi from the airport. Nice glass of fizz offered on arrival.Rooms were spacious, had a coffee maker and fresh bottle of water provided each day. I didn’t like the two single duvets - as a solo traveller I would have preferred a double, but I think it’s a custom here. Difficult to get room temperature right - aircon didn’t appear to do much, but as I had a courtyard room I was able to open the window without any noise.Great view of the castle from rooftop spa. There isn’t a lot there - one sauna, one steam room and a relaxation area, but it is good to chill out. Be warned that you are expected to be naked in the spa rooms, which was a shock for my friend and I - you can use provided towels and sheets - I wasn’t challenged for keeping my costume on.Unfortunately access to the rooftop bar is only for people with a certain level of room and includes alcohol and snacks. No matter, the staff at the ground floor were also friendly and mixed a nice cocktail.Lots of choice at breakfast including freshly made omelettes (not on Sundays) and unlimited smoked salmon.Overall a great stay and I would look out for this hotel group in the future.
