    I don't understand why this hotel makes it so difficult to get my receipt. All they needed to do was email me the invoice as requested. Failing that, make it available in my account. Instead, I have to jump through hoops.

    Stayed here for two nights during the conference in nearby location. Hotel is located soem 3km from the city centre, next tot he ring highway around Ljubljana, but there are many public transport options to the city centre. Room was very clean, bed quality excellent, all staff very friendly, great HH Diamond recognition, breakfast top quality. Wi-fi free and fast. Parking in underground garage, 30 EUR per night or only 12 EUR in another garage accross the highway.

    Stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. Spacious room on the 8th floor.Very clean, very comfortable beds. The breakfast was outstanding: eggs made to order, local products such as cheese, bürek. They even had porridge. Very good service, the staff was bringing the beverages to the tables.

    Great hotel in quite area in the city. 10 minutes by bus and you are in the city centre. The hotel looks a bit dates but well looked after. The room was very clean I got upgraded to a deluxe room which was huge and a super large king bed. Large TV and plenty of space. The team were the highlight of the stay very polite and very friendly too all them were great. Highly recommended.There is a coffee shop across the road was very cozy and arm for a morning coffee.

    Got stuck here when our flight was diverted due to a medical emergency. Arrived past midnight on Christmas. Brilliant guy at reception was so organised and creative - came up with a clever system and checked in 150+ people super fast. Got us to our rooms so we could sleep after a very long and difficult experience. Breakfast the next morning was great, even though the staff were overwhelmed with all the people, they did a fine job under the circumstances. Rooms were very nice though frankly I just went to bed as soon as I got in.
