  if you want to rest in an excellent natural environment full of content, in the hotel you can relax in the sauna and jacuzzi or various massages or beauty salons. varied and tasty grand staff friendly and hotel rooms clean and tidy see praise and recommendation

  The staff is very kind and helpful, always smiling. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed even thogh no need for that.You can lie beside the pool all day or take a hike on the hills near by. The food at the restaurant is delicious, buffet dinner, eat as much as you can 😄

  Overall a plesent stay. The food was average; the breakfast buffet only offered one type of cheese, but there was plenty of everything else. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay, but drinks at the self-service dinner were charged separately. I had to argue with the waiter because I wanted a glass of water with my wine. They wanted to charge me €2.80 for a glass of tap water. It's not like we didn't order anything and just wanted water.

  The place is really not nice. Showers smell like a toilet and toilet floor is covered in yellow water. Babies in the main pool with nappies and family pool is like a gypsy camp. Food everywhere on lounges, pool of mucky water on the floor, place feels really unhygienic. Outside pool is extremely boring, with no massage bubbles. Avoid, this is the first spa that we are so disappointed after the visit

  Decent hotel, polite staff, very clean.After an initial misunderstanding regarding the reserved room, which was resolved smoothly and kindly at the reception, we spent a relaxing short vacation in the hotel.It may be worth mentioning that the reservation system should not offer a standard room with only ONE extra bed for two adults and two children (ages 7 and 11) - 4 people could not sleep in so little space.The spa is wonderful, very clean, lots of options for children's entertainment. The hotel itself is already a little "tired", but still quiet and calm, pleasant to stay. The beds are comfortable, and so are the pillows.There is thermal water in the room every day.The food (we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner) is fine, lots of choice, average taste. Some dishes could be more fresh (the prepared dishes gave the impression that they had been sitting on the counter for a long time). A nice surprise is the freshly baked pizzas in the evening.The staff is extremely friendly and attentive.
