  Our room was the second floor and the sightsee from the room was awful.The pillow is too high, it is unfortable. There were no sheets on the duvet. The central coolig/heating control was difficult. The parking was 15 Euro/day in august, and the opened parking place was terrible, like a village yard, narrow, crowded and dangerous. Maybe it would cheepar and better anywhere else.It is not four stars hotel for me. It is about 150m for the 5* Hotel Metropol and we can used all oppurtinity of this hotel: pool, sauna, eating. It was quite good. The food was variability and good.The two hotels together probably deserve 4* for us.

  Wonderful Stay – Comfortable and Welcoming

  Lovely experience. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink upon arrival – such a nice touch!The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which we really appreciated given the warm weather. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.The only small issues we had were figuring out how to turn on the shower – it wasn't very intuitive – and we felt that the cleanliness in the bathroom could have been a little better. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

  Negativ:- room was not cleaned at all during the stay 18.08 - 22.08- coffee machines were not working in the restaurant on the 21st 08- check in only in Metropol possible- parking NOT for freePositiv:- good location- nice hotel- friendly staff- pet friendly

  We had a great time in this hotel. Rooms are specious and equipped with everything you might need. We had HB and liked the choice of food and enjoyed eating on the terrace with the beautiful view. Reception was very friendly and professional and it was easy to find parking. We will definitely come back.

  Modern and nice rooms, nice and wide/huge enaught, top balkony. One service at the desk for about 120 rooms is a abdolutly no go !I had to wait 2 hours after 7 hours driving for check- in !Greedy managment !!And that the pool opens up at 9 o.clock (people want to go swimming befor breakfast and close at 7 o.clock in the evening (when sun is burning for 2 more hours is also poor
