I did not have a great experience. The water to shower was extremely cold and the bed was hard. We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and it seems we fell short in these areas.There was a major pipe burst in East London at the time which resulted in a number of areas not having water. We were thus forced to run on our back up water which at the time we were unaware that the heaters had tripped prior to the changeover due to the water outage. Once we were informed of the issue, the staff immediately attended to the issue. Great food. Friendly staff. Guests are loud during all hours. Dont know if the rooms are booked with working aircons (i did not do the booking) but the room gets hot at night. Visible aircon but no remote. I booked a double, they have me 2 single beds.
